How long does shipping take?

My item arrived damaged or my package is missing.
You're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. For damaged or lost packages, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 7 days of the delivery date, because shipping carriers set short deadlines for claims. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

I want to cancel my order.
Orders begin processing quickly. We can cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet — contact us right away and we'll confirm your cancellation in writing. If your order has already shipped, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.
How do returns work?
Start by contacting us within 30 days of delivery. Unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
I want an exchange or replacement.
To get your new item fastest, place a new order for the replacement — we'll refund the original once the return is received and inspected.
